You will own files end to end — booking, documentation, operations, the awkward phone call at 6pm. There is real responsibility early, and exposure across NVOCC operations, liner agency and project cargo rather than one narrow desk.

Ownership of a file
You take a shipment from enquiry to POD and stay accountable for it.

One wrong digit on a BL costs days. Detail is not optional here.

Rollovers, customs holds, weather. You solve, then you inform.

CURRENT VACANCIES
Example role. Raising and checking bills of lading, manifests, certificates of origin and LC-compliant document sets. Liaison with carriers, customs brokers and clients on document timelines.
Example role. Developing FCL, LCL and forwarding volume across the Abu Dhabi market. Rate negotiation, pipeline ownership and close coordination with the operations desk.
Example role. Day-to-day booking, container release, transport allocation and exception handling across import, export and transhipment moves.
